The job:  This is an on the road sales/training position where regular regional travel is required.  You will be responsible for:

* New business development.

* Extensive cold calling and demonstrations.

* Reaching and maintaining individual KPI’s.

* Territory management.

* In-salon training.

* Merchandising.

* Management and growth of existing account portfolio.

* Participation at Beauty Expo’s.

* College training.

Successful applicants will have:

* Sales experience.

* Excellent people, phone and organizational skills.

* Beauty Therapy qualifications.

* Basic computer skills.

* Impeccable presentation.

* Ability to perform in-salon and College training.

* Excellent record keeping and reporting skills.

* Be highly motivated, honest and reliable.

* Must have own car.
